ConsciESG was one of the 4 startups selected to participate at the Drexel University Innovation Fund's (DUIF) Program, finalized by its official Pitching Event in Philadelphia on March 7.
ConsciESG's participation to the DUIF program and pitching event, comes at a strategic time, as our startup's commercialization plans align with the program's main goals, as well as Drexel's overall strategy to enhance the impact of its affiliated research & innovation.
In Philadelphia, our two founders, Briseida Gjoza (CEO) and Adeliada Mehmetaj (CSO) meet with investors and business leaders from the Greater Philadelphia region to address the key challenges of impact investing in the US at present and to discuss why, regardless of the highly politicized “ESG” word in the country, sustainability in business is a must have and it is here to stay.
Within Drexel, the founders managed to connect and discuss the benefits and use cases of the ConsciESG platform with leaders from the LeBow College of Business and the Raj & Kamla Gupta Governance Institute.
The event marks the beginning of a sustained partnership between ConsciESG and the Greater Philadelphia business community.
